Pros Extremely easy to use and cuts down on paper work for H&S. With everything being online, and accessible to everyone. It can be used for all levels of activity (high and low risk) meaning we can have one centralised system. Cons Not really a con, but I was unaware of all the features the software had to offer, had I known. I would have made the switch sooner. The desktop version creates a good overview of safety trends. Cons Phone App version requires a fresh approach. Even though they have only been using Safety Space for 6-months, they can already see the long-term cost-benefit! Cons Right now, there are no features we arent happy about. The app is well-built and simple to use. Pros I liked the simple-to-use interface and design. Allows our team to assess risk quickly and put measures in place to effectively reduce harm. It also makes reporting and due diligence a lot faster. Cons It has a nice base of existing features and we're looking forward to more custom features coming our way.
