I've never had a problem with them and anytime I've had questions I've been able to call customer service and they've been able to help and walk me through anything I have questions on. Pros The ease of using it. Cheddar Up makes it easy to do everything from volunteer sign up to actually collecting money for our events we hold. Being able to add all your information, including flyers, onto the event is wonderful. I don't have to use multiple pages to do this, it's all in one place. Being able to ask all the questions needed for the members that are registering for an event is great also. You can ask as many different questions and even multiple choice questions with answers and everything is altogether. Printing our different reports that are needed for our events or volunteer list is easy to do and and they are easy to read. The cost of using cheddar up is minimal and our organization finds it perfect. Payments are easy to be make whether with credit card or cash or an e check. Everything is processed and cleared quickly and then deposited into our bank account just as quickly. Cons I wish there was an area to save a list of frequently asked questions on my registration links. It would make it easier when I have to ask the questions on our events. We often ask the same questions on all our events, So having a preset set of questions saved would make it easier and quicker. I share with other organizations often about the benefits and how they can streamline their collections & information. It's 100% worth the subscription cost. Pros Our organization has been able to streamline all of our sign-ups, volunteers, sponsorships, and merchandise sales in one location. We love that we can assign different collections to different members. The customer support we have received has been incredible! Always fast & they fix our issues right away. Cons The hardest part for a non-profit is getting our sponsors & families to help with covering the convenience fees. Everyone is starting to understand the costs associated with the convenience of using a credit card, so that is getting easier. The app could be optimized in terms of visuals and formatting a bit but it's really not a bad app. Great service, highly recommend. Pros Makes business operations accessible and less chaotic. They have a somewhat affordable plan range and convenient design. Cons There were issues on the customers end, although to be fair, it could be because of issues on their end, instead of Cheddar-Up's end. Overall, I really don't have any complaints. Our club members and donors have been very positive about the interface, and it integrates seamlessly with MoneyMinder. Pros It's integrations with Zapier and MoneyMinder are really helpful for a small club. Cons I wish we could create QR codes for Items in a collection rather than just the entire collection. That would make it easier to promote specific items without having to create a unique collection. It is easy to use and manage for all of our PTA needs. Transferring money into our account has also been quick and easy. Pros The ease of setting up collections and sales. We love the ability to send out links for our sales as well as collect payments in person Cons We haven't found a downside yet. September 23, 2024 5.0 CheddarUp has been a game changer for me and the events I put on. From Girl Scouts, our local high school, Elks Lodge, Little League, and work conferences. everything is super easy for me to run multiple events through several organizations. Yes, I have several different accounts with Cheddar Up. You can even read my testimonial on their website. Pros First, I have been using CheddarUp for years. They have listened to my concerns and recommendations on improvements, and for the most part, they did them. They have the BEST Customer Service Group. Cons I have one event that is quite complicated and I have to manually monitor it. I have several payment options and I wish it were smart enough to adjust the availability number as payments are selected. September 17, 2024 5.0 Overall Cheddarup has been Amazing!! I was tasked with selling 150 goody bags for our moms club. We needed to collect payment and payers information plus the recipients name and contact information. Cheddarup made this an absolutely seamless process! I was amazed at how smooth the whole thing is! Pros The entire platform is so easy to to use! I love that I can set up my page, view it and edit all so easily. Cons There doesn’t seem to be as much visibility on the mobile app. So I can’t look things up for customers if I’m not logging in through the full site.
