### "Solid Software, Constantly Improving"

Resova made it very easy to implement in our large organization and supported us throughout the whole process. They are constantly working to improve the product, keeping our business competitive with its functionality. When compared to other major booking softwares, Resova is unmatched in price and variety of features. There are a few small hiccups (certain settings, UI navigation, integrations) that we have to work around (as with any out-of-the-box software), but they're far outweighed by the pros. Can't recommend it enough.

### "Continues to deliver after 2 years!"

Pros

Revenue is up, expansion is easy and seamless, the more stress I put on the system of funky methodologies the more it gives. The team continues to be a pleasure to work with. If you are in the Family Entertainment space looking for an eCom solution, I highly recommend this one.

Cons

Lacking the level of pre-built integration with a traditional eCom setup, but that's the price of a nontraditional business. The pre-built Zapier integration is KEY and I have been able to fill almost every hole through that from a marketing & sales perspective.

### "Acceptable product with insufficient support"

It's worked for customers but has been a regular frustration as a business

Pros

Customer ux is pretty good. A few weird bugs related to unexpected date changes, but overall good

Cons

Support for businesses is awful. Charges business for services that aren't delivered. Still don't have the dedicated account manager in paying for

Overall experience has been extremely positive. It does exactly what I need to run the business and fee structure is competitive. Needs more investment into the reporting and API space, but that's a want not a need right now (will become a need in the future).

Pros

Resova is a great tool due to its simplicity, functionality, and ease of use for standard operations.

Cons

Resova needs to improve the reporting, APIs, increase the speed in how quickly they release updates and take in requests.

Very positive. Responsive support. Enthusiastic webinars. Constantly improving.

Pros

It's the hub of our escape room booking system.

Cons

The newly-added Bot. It's intrusive, takes up screen space on a phone, and is not helpful in the least.

Very good. Transparent about pricing, and willing to listen to feedback. Support is adequate and has been improving over the past couple of years.

Pros

Easy to use on a day to day for our staff, and easy to manage for our administrators. Robust options allow you to customize experience details and pricing, good customer communication tools, and a monthly cost (as opposed to a % cost per booking) allows for better financial planning and makes only the most sense in locations where credit cards aren't necessarily the preferred form of payment.

Cons

Missing an app, which would facilitate use even further.

Xola changed their pricing model. Since many of our customers pay upon arrival and/or pay with cash or debit, it didn't make sense to move to a model where we're a) requiring credit card to book (barrier to booking) and b) exposing all of our payments to increased financial service fees (i.e. it costs us way less when people pay with cash or debit).

Pros

Resova is extremely easy to set up and use. It allows customers to have a very user-friendly checkout process with no friction to minimize drop-offs and abandoned carts. Payment processing is seamless and booking scheduling is easy. As a digital marketer, I love the Google Tag Manager integration so I can show my clients exactly what source is generating how much revenue. This makes decision making very easy on our end.

Cons

I have yet to experience any problems with Resova in my field of work.

Broadly satisfactory, but could be much more useful.

Pros

In general, a user friendly interface from both the the business's and the customer's standpoint. The system is robust in my experience (i.e. does what it claims).

Cons

Customer support is hit and miss; integration with other software, such as Klaviyo, that are very useful tools to drive business.

We have been using Resova for over 3 years, and throughout this time, we have never experienced any issues that have affected our business operations. The platform is intuitive and user-friendly. We also appreciate the proactive communication regarding upcoming updates, which helps us plan and stay ahead. Respect to the Resova team for their excellent service!

The product is pretty good, the customer service / support when things don't work sucks. If you submit an issue via email, there is little to no communication about progress and ticket items can take MONTHS to be resolved. And even then we don't get informed about the correction - we just happen to notice it in our daily interaction with the platform.

Pros

Clear view of day to day reservation details

Cons

The inability to stay logged in for more than 24 hours - logging in to six or so accounts every day is an unnecessary time waste.

Again, for the most basic function of online bookings, it works. But there are a thousand different guest experience decisions an owner has to make, and Resova doesn't often help in bridging those gaps.

Pros

Its cost is pretty great for the basic function you get from it.

Cons

Support. They started off really great, but have devolved to the point we now receive no response to support messages.

Pros

We've used a couple booking platforms before Resova and have never looked back since switching. The value is unmatched for what they provide and the tools to help grow our business have been fantastic.

Cons

There isn't a lot of customer service so you need to be able to learn most things yourself but we've heard they're adding this component shortly.

Simple, Affordable, and Feature Rich - it is the best booking software out there, hands down.

Pros

Feature rich, excellent reporting functionality, great front end user experience.

Cons

Seems to be an issue with guests double booking, have not found what is causing this - but think it is more of a layout issue front end perhaps. But it the grand scheme of things, it is very minor and all the pros outweigh this on small singular con.
