Their tech and product team was always available to help, and the implementation is really simple. They are also open to developing and implementing new features - if it will improve the functionality of the decision-engine. Pros I'm on the product team, on the back-end side, so I don't use uFlow personally - but was involved in the technical team who did the integration. And the support we received from the uFlow team was great -- from the integration to testing in development environments, to launching in production for real-time processing, they were always available and helpful.
