Il passaggio è stato semplice: interfaccia intuitiva, nessun canone da mettere a budget e, con il profilo Pro e il wallet, uno sconto fino al 25% che sui nostri volumi si sente a fine mese. Il collegamento tramite API e plugin ci ha fatto risparmiare tempo sugli ordini online, e il tracking con le notifiche automatiche ha migliorato il rapporto con i nostri clienti. Quando abbiamo avuto bisogno, l'assistenza è stata rapida e concreta. Manca solo un'app per smartphone, ma per il resto è un servizio che consigliamo volentieri ad altre attività che spediscono a volume. Pros Come farmacia spediamo a volume e con Spedity abbiamo abbattuto i costi: con il profilo Pro e il wallet ricaricato arriviamo fino al 25% di sconto sulle tariffe, e soprattutto senza nessun canone di abbonamento — paghiamo solo le spedizioni che facciamo, niente costi fissi che con altri gestionali pesavano ogni mese. Confrontiamo i corrieri in un unico pannello e scegliamo la tariffa migliore in pochi clic. Per il nostro shop online il valore aggiunto sono state le API e il plugin dedicato: abbiamo collegato gli ordini in automatico e non ricopiamo più gli indirizzi a mano, con molti meno errori. Ottimo anche il tracking con notifiche al cliente, che ci ha ridotto le telefonate "dov'è il mio ordine", e un'assistenza rapida e in italiano. Cons Al momento manca un'app per smartphone: si lavora dal computer, e un'app ci farebbe comodo per gestire al volo qualche spedizione direttamente al banco. Per il resto il wallet va tenuto ricaricato per non restare senza credito nei picchi, ma è una questione di abitudine. Nel complesso nessun problema che ci abbia fatto rimpiangere la scelta. Prima lavoravamo con fogli Excel e gestionali obsoleti: da quando abbiamo adottato Spedity, abbiamo guadagnato in precisione, velocità e controllo. Pros Quello che ho apprezzato maggiormente di Spedity è senza dubbio la facilità d’uso combinata a funzionalità avanzate. In pochi giorni siamo riusciti a integrare il sistema con il nostro ERP e iniziare a utilizzarlo in produzione. Il servizio clienti è reattivo e preparato: ogni richiesta è stata gestita in modo puntuale. Cons Onestamente ci sono pochissime cose che non mi sono piaciute. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, direi che la configurazione iniziale richiede un po’ di tempo, soprattutto se si hanno processi aziendali molto personalizzati. Ho provato questa piattaforma per spedire un singolo pallet e devo dire che è stato molto facile. Ho iniziato quindi ad utilizzarlo anche per assegnare i trasporti ai nostri vettori ed è molto utile confrontare le tariffe contrattualizzate con le quotazioni inviate da nuovi vettori del network spedity.... che dire... veramente utile. Speriamo continui così... Cons Poco o nulla... forse ogni tanto il software è lento ma credo sia normale visto tutte le query che deve elaborare.
