The first time the mobile reader was sent by DHL it was returned to sender because my name was not on the doorbell... but by chatting with the customer service, it was reordered and delivered without problem.

Pros

It is international! I first started to use Sumup in Europe in order to be able to precess sales from debit cards which was impossible with our usual payment processing devices. I will implement this for our american sales as well. We are a touring band, selling music and apparel after shows so a versatile and reliable point of sale is CRITICAL.

Cons

It is a lot of organisation to be able to open bank account in the country of the SumUp account in order to redirect funds. It would be great to be able to transfer the funds in America directly.

If I can explain in comparison with the rest of the company their charges are cheaper, but device using to accept the payment is not enough to handle all the finacial insutitue

Pros

The best part of this payment system is only availability of different device for the users.

Cons

I don't like it NFC system payment which is not fully capable with every banking financial instance.

I have been very happy with my overall experience with SumUp POS and would happily recommend it.

Pros

I find the SumUp POS easy to use and economical option plus it was easy intergrate into my little business and to take it to the next level.

Cons

I did not like that my Huawei was not compatiable, but that was not SumUp's fault and changing my phone solved the problem.

Reasons for choosing SumUp Point of Sale

I chose Sumup for various reasons, ease of use and price for example but one of the main reasons is that SumUp offers a basic website option which allows me to have a website and only pay the transaction fees which is a huge plus.

Pros
