They let me ask alot of questions that they answered with no problem. They also made sure that I understood the process. Pros I have just recently started the service. But love the fact that I do not have to worry about the taxes. Cons The extracting and exporting. With more use it will come as second nature. But till then it is not my favorite thing to do. A+ Software & Customer Service" January 7, 2025 5.0 Love it, always recommend it to people especially considering the help/instruction we receive on a weekly basis. Pros 1\. I find it easy to use, along with the useful information it provides. 2. Customer service is A+++++++. 3. Tickets are called back within a very reasonable time, and most specialists really take their time to help you and make sure you understand. 3. Certified payroll made simple (for the most part). Cons My only issues with certified payroll are that it can be hard to tell if it's correct after you've computed payroll, but not yet sent it in for processing. The only time we have had issues was response time at YE but P4C fairly warned us about the delay via email and still met the new deadlines set. Pros The program is easy to use and supplies all reports necessary for certified payroll and workers comp reports needed on a regular basis. Cons I don't like that you cant make a lot of changes once things are entered. It is not set up to be as flexible as I would like. Cons The steps to run payroll are not really emphasized enough to know which modules you need to go into and in what order.
