Pros Their AI is actually pretty great, that part I am very satisfied with. Cons What plan you are charged for is not the plan you end up with. I chose and was charged for the Unlimited Plan and I am listed as a Business Plan. I was charged $67 which is the amount for the Unlimited Plan and it shows that I will be charged $67.00 next month. However, they have me listed as a Business Plan, which is $47.00 a month. On the Unlimited Plan you are supposed to have access to all of the features, you do not under the Business Plan.
