My overall experience has been good. Customer service is superb and the support at their FB group is amazing as well.

Pros

I've been using it mostly for video creation, it is very simple to use and the result is outstanding. I have yet to try the other features but I'm sure they're fabulous as well.

Cons

The only limitation I have found is not being able to add more slides to my videos. I requested this feature and \[sensitive content hidden\] replied right away and politely. He said they wil be working on this.
