Pros I liked that it is a software created by real estate agents and TCs for real estate agents and TCs. It has what I need and use and very little of what I don't. I hate paying for features I never use. Cons There are features like Skyslope integration or Google calendar integration that are on their list of updates but it would be nice to have these available sooner. Review Source MP Miles P. February 7, 2023 5.0 The system is easy to use and can give you a huge gain in time spent on organization and upkeep, plus the development team and support have been very helpful and communicative when needed. Pros Once you understand the basics of loading transactions and utilizing the templates, it allows for so much customization of your tasks that it really does feel like you can set up a transaction then pretty much forget about it. The daily emails with to-do tasks also helps a lot if you don't want to log in every day. Cons There are some features that feel like they have room for improvement, but from what I've heard from the developers, they are aware and working on updates. Realtor Real Estate Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Trackxi Is What I Have Search High and Low For" October 16, 2023 5.0 Trackxi is exactly what I was looking for! I searched many options and ended up using one of the expensive "high end" CRM's that our company offered. I was VERY disappointed in that system. Moving to Trackxi was a breath of fresh air. It gave me transaction management that I didn't even know I wanted and gave me the perfect contact management system for prospects in my business. I would highly recommend Trackxi for any real estate professional that wants a simple system for managing prospects and/or transactions. Pros Ease of use and lack of overwhelming complexity. It is close to the perfect CRM for "Prospects". Cons It could use a little more functionality and detail to its "Contacts" section of its CRM. Switched from [BoldTrail](https://www.capterra.com/p/176447/BoldTrail/) kvCORE was VERY complex and is not user friendly. It has many functions I didn't need and tried to perform tasks I did not want it performing. In my experience, it was very cumbersome, complex and had very limited usefulness. March 29, 2023 5.0 Working with Trackxi has been a breeze- every time we have a question or a need we're able to get help right away! The Trackxi team has also been very generous to take our recommendations/suggestions in to consideration. Pros What I like most about Trackxi is that it's a "one stop shop" when it comes to transaction coordination. Once you have the system set up for your team's preferences- you can track EVERYTHING: timelines, to-dos, projects, new client follow up, etc. Cons Integration was/is a bit of a challenge simply because we're used to doing things a different way, it can be hard to break old habits and utilize a new system to its full potential. In the future, I would love to have a section for project management/general to-dos that are not associated with a specific transaction. It would also be nice to be able to track items that are "out for signature" all on one place. Lastly, I think it would be really awesome to have a team chat feature where you can message in real time with your teammates :) Alternatives considered [monday.com](https://www.capterra.com/p/147657/monday-com/) Reason for choosing Trackxi We chose Trackxi over other products, because it was designed specifically with Real Estate Transaction Coordination in mind. March 30, 2023 5.0 The \[sensitive content hidden\[ has been amazing and really listens/values our feedback on changes that we have needed in Trackxi to make it work better for us! Pros I love how we can customize each agent's task list and add additional tasks during the transaction. We are used to a robust spreadsheet, so this is similar in we can still get a 1,000 ft view, but we are able to customize it and be way more accurate than we could with our spreadsheet. Cons Most of the negatives that have really mattered have already been or are being addressed by Trackxi. Reason for choosing Trackxi This is the best there is out there for our needs and how we operate our business! The support team has been great with taking suggestions and making the program even more helpful. Pros Simple yet powerful. I love that you can integrate templates and automate the entire experience. Trackxi helps save so much time when opening new transactions and our team is able to work together and stay updated across the board. Having a program geared specifically toward our needs has made the transition easy and pleasant. Cons My only critique would be that the option to add a person to contacts when creation a new transaction is not the most obvious. I found the button by accident and think adding a "Add" button or something similar instead of the 3 dots may be more user friendly. The support falls right in line with the owner's commitment to providing a quality product and experience. We are continuing to learn all that this software can do for us and are excited to see how they grow along with their client base. A fan of this product! Pros For starters, the \[sensitive content hidden\]. He provided top-shelf service to this new user. He is highly successful in our real estate industry...but genuinely modest. Nice to work with. He has a unique appreciation and expansive knowledge of how it all works and has been able to pull a team together to provide the industry with this tool. Priceless if you ask me. His enthusiasm about the product lets you know you are in good hands. Pros The system takes you from using written checklists, to a visual workflow of your transactions from start to finish. It streamlines what can be a complicated maze of activities and organizes it into easy to follow lists, that can be shared with anyone that is a party to the transaction. He listens to my questions, suggests call meetings, and then follows up with an email. 5-Stars! Pros The Trackxi team is always friendly and answers my questions, and listens to my suggestions to help improve their product for my business use. They also follow up with a summary of new improvements that I may not have thought of but definitely can be used in my profession. Cons I wish that if an email address is incorrect or doesn't accept an email sent from Trackxi, could notify me quicker. This is a product we use every day -all day to manager transaction work flow and time lines. We are having depended on it and again recommend this to anyone needing a transaction/task management program. Pros Our transaction support team utilizes this product every day to track all of our transactions. The visual workflow, variety of features and layouts make this product something I've never seen before. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs task or transaction management.
