Pros: I liked the Facebook Pixel and Facebook Conversion API feature the most. It helped us to track our conversions with precision and that too without any fuss. We are exploring the GTM implementation now and that seems great as well.
Cons: None as of now. Everything is working fine as of now.

"Don't ever use conversios if you need good tracking"
Overall: Don't ever use conversios if you need good tracking I was using the app sumo deal for long time and it was fine. Since server side tagging is becoming more important I switched to the paid plan for $40/month but I wish I never did this. The tracking was working at most for 30% at best. Even my standard GA4 was tracking way more conversions than the server side tracking which should be improving it by at least 30%. I have contacted support a lot, a lot of emails & calls but even after 3 months there was no solutions. Best of it they still let me pay full amount for some products that doesnt work at all. Finally I gave up because the support was slow and there were not improvements at all. My high season was already started and was missing so many data so next to the money for the subscription I lot a lot of revenue by incomplete data. So I wanted to switch back to AppSumo deal this was also not possible so they put me at free but since it was setup for server I didnt had any data in GA4 for a few days. No messsage was send. The product feed also didnt work and nothign really. So no I have nothing, lost a lot of data, paid extra money for a product that didnt work and didnt get any refund or whatsover. No in my high season have to find a new solution. Hired someone from fiverr and using stape.io now which is 50% cheaper and working great. Dont ever think about using conversios if you need tracking. It sounds its but it only headache for a lot of money.

Cons: - Poor Tracking Performance: Server-side tracking worked at most for 30% efficiency. - Worse than GA4: Standard GA4 tracking performed better than the server-side solution, which should have improved it by 30%. -Ineffective Support: Numerous emails and calls to support yielded no solutions after three months. -No Refunds: Full payment required for a product that did not work as promised, with no refunds provided. -Inconvenient Downgrade: Switching back to AppSumo deal was not possible, leaving you on a free plan without proper data in GA4. -Product Feed Issues: The product feed did not work, resulting in missing data. - High Season Problems: The issues occurred during my high season, causing significant revenue loss due to incomplete data.
