Pros We have it set up with several of our load boards where carriers can "Book it now" or throw in a rate they would run the lane for. Automation like this is cool and takes a lot off the plates of the reps that work tirelessly to cover our freight. Cons I personally haven't seen any issues in our application of this software. There may have been a couple of bugs in the beginning, but now that we are up and running, couldn't imagine not having it. When using a routing guide within our TMS, it does allow carriers to manipulate rate (so long as the carrier submits within our min/max range.)
