Soluciono toda la gestión de conversaciones y envío de campañas con un solo agente, pude optimizar sus tiempos y asignar un chatbot para solucionar la atención inmediata. El equipo me ayudo a capacitar a mi personal lo que hace que aprovechemos la plataforma al 100%

Pros

Para empezar la integración es muy sencilla, la atención es muy buena y la capacitación para que mi personal pueda usar la plataforma aunque la misma es muy intuitiva.

Cons

Las limitaciones que impone WhatsApp para el envío de campañas

La facilidad de uso. La rapidez de la implementaciónQue el flujo lo puede crear nuestra área de sistemas sin depender del proveedor.

Cons

Que no asigne automáticamente a los agentes disponiblesNo poder tener el control del total de conversaciones atendidas tomando en cuenta que un cliente podría tener varias conversaciones al dia o al mes y debe contabilizarlas por separado. No permite el uso de plantillas en respuestas rápidas lo cual agilizaría la comunicación.

En general bien, el sistema nos proporciona un mejor control de los usuarios y el proceso de atención de los mensajes es más ordenado

La facilidad de tener varios usuarios y poder monitorear los chats desde el perfil de administrador

Cons

Los mensajes salientes que sólo puedan ser templates y no mensajes normales. Sería más funcional para nuestro tipo de negocio.

Pros

El proceso de implementación es muy sencillo y la creación de los flujos de conversación ayuda a la customización.

Cons

La reporterita es muy débil y poco intuitiva, no se puede seguir trazabilidad de las conversaciones o poder enfocar el rendimiento de los agentes, también no tiene una asignación automática de conversaciones por agente.
