Remdash helps us a lot by understanding what is happening with our ASINs on Amazon. Content can be uploaded in two clicks. Buybox and reviews can be tracked throughout the entire catalogue - very time efficient software for everybody that sells on Amazon.

Pros

Time saving software with all needed data in one tool

Cons

I have been using Remdash for over two years now and I cannot think of anything I dislike about the software.

Excellent tool to get an overview on how well your content is and if you should invest more time into it. Also spotting OOS is great when having more than 500 SKUs in offer.

Pros

I have had a lot of insight into Remdash from my previous job from Beiersdorf/listed FMCG group. The biggest benefit of the software is that I see is the continuous development. Amazon is evolving so fast and dynamically and unfortunately Amazon does not provide enough data to get the most out of its own performance. The team has always managed to incorporate the latest data into Remdash quickly. In addition, there are some workflow automations that I haven't found in any other Amazon software (e.g. content maintenance).

Cons

As of now very focussed on Amazon only. But having more marketplaces covered would be great.

With Remdash I have an overview of my entire product portfolio of over 1000 items on Amazon. I can quickly correct 3P content changes with a few clicks via a case. The dashboards help me to identify optimization potential. The customer service is also great.
