### "New approach for an old organization"

May 7, 2023

4.0

Pros

SGWH has been around for over 30 years and this was our first venture into electronic and social media marketing. Rony was very helpful in getting us started and I hope she's still there for our next season.

Cons

The emails are generic and relate more to Broadway shows than to our small town and small venue products. The web design and dashboard is very cumbersome to a baby boomer

### "On the stage is the best"

April 24, 2023

5.0

I absolutely love on the stage and I love that they are always growing and adding more features to make ticket buying and ticket selling easier for patrons and Theatre owners

Pros

I love the fact that it’s one place that has all of the shows for the season and I don’t have to design a website and pay out of pocket for it. I also like how easy it is to design, kids camps and different things for it.

Cons

I don’t like the fact that there are no email blasts for auditions or announcements. I also don’t like that there is no app that the patron can use to buy tickets. And I don’t like that the websites don’t have a space to announce auditions. People have often gotten confused on which page to click on to find information about the shows.

Reason for choosing On the Stage

I have a friend that uses it, and I saw how easy it was so it was my first option to go to

### "Thank you, On the Stage."

April 25, 2023

4.0

Even with some of the notes above, I still appreciate the site and plan to continue use.

Pros

Love the relative ease of setting up ticketing, love the look of the individual ticketing site. Love the Cust Experience.

Cons

The platform is geared a little toward the middle of the road, trying to please both professional theatres, schools, community theatres and more. This can be frustrating at times; I need to have the professional tools, not the summer camp tools or the more youthful oriented things. Eventually, I think you'll have to split the services into a Pro and a School version with a different set of needs, ESPECIALLY around ease of use for reporting after a show has closed.

We have been able to manage our season easier and more professionally since using OTS.

Pros

The ease and clean website for each production makes my job so much easier. It aids us with marketing, fundraising and ticket sales all in one location.

Cons

As with any programs there is room for improvement. However, the staff at OTS is always available and willing to listen to new ideas.

### "On the Stage is reliable and has great customer support"

April 28, 2023

5.0

On the Stage was partially responsible for my company making it through the pandemic in one piece. Their streaming service was very helpful.

Pros

On the Stage has been very good about working with us to solve all technical challenges, especially week of and day of show. They even helped us with a fundraiser that had unique properties that weren't initially designed for in the platform.

Cons

I find the amount of info that has to be entered at the door for credit card purchases to be deterring, but this is probably determined by the credit card companies.

### "So simple and easy"

May 7, 2023

5.0

Mostly, setting up tickets for each show saved me a ton of time, I can check ticket sales anytime day or night at at glance, and questions were answered immediately. It is so easy, clear and quick.

Pros

I was so impressed with the ease of set up. Step by step instructions were logical and easy to follow. Personal assistant is amazing for quick answers to any questions.

Cons

There is NOTHING about it to dislike. We were a little hesitant about the price, but it is so worth it.

### "Do not sleep on ON THE STAGE"

April 24, 2023

5.0

From start to finish this product has simplified ticketing, sales, and marketing. The social media marketing online ticket sales sells the product on its own. However, ON THE STAGE really shine in customer support and communication. They want the user to succeed and do their best to make it happen.

Pros

The customer service is second to none. And the ease of use on the end user interface is amazing.

Cons

Reserved Seating charts are a little tricky. I usually have to ask for help, but customer service is superior as always.

Pros

We love the ease of use. The backend is extremely easy to use, whether creating events or checking in Patrons.

Cons

We have not found any deficiencies yet with the platform.

Reason for choosing On the Stage

### "Excellent software that is easy to use! "

April 25, 2023

5.0

Overall the product has been fantastic. It has give us the easy ability to use credit cards without worry and has given people the chance to order tickets ahead which I think has increased attendance.

Pros

I find the ability to manage shows and ticket sales to be mostly easy to use and has really helped us elevate our ticket sales.

Cons

I find it difficult to fix certain mistakes or delete mistake/test shows. It would be nice to have an easy delete for a show with no ticket sales yet.

### "Why I Use On The Stage"

May 1, 2023

3.0

This product is great! We can use it minimally for just credit card and ticket sales or expand it for other purposes such as marketing, fundraising and even sales.

Pros

We can easily manage our credit card sales, sell merch without a cash outlay, and promote our shows.

Cons

It is difficult to upload merch or make changes to the established template (for example, if I want just a small logo on the shirt, I can't do it.)

### "Great Customer Service"

May 1, 2023

5.0

Overall, I feel On the Stage works incredibly well for ticket sales and fundraising for organizations that don't have a lot of time to commit to either function.

Pros

The customer service has been the best feature of On the Stage. Everyone has been wonderful to work with, and is very responsive to questions.

Cons

I wish I was able to use the program for communication with our donors and patrons, outside of ticket sales and fundraising.

### "act review"

May 3, 2023

5.0

Overall it has been great, good client service and support and the system outside of reporting works well.

Pros

The ability to create a event--and organize it. Set up is simple enough.

Cons

The reporting is very clunky, and doesn't have everything I need in one report---i have to do 4-5 reports to get all of my data---wish I was able to customize the data better---that is the worst part.

Always great and support is always available

Pros

Cons
