### "Very Efficient & Professional Platform"

I am saving time in creating new events because the templates are user friendly and look very professional. I am also particularly impressioned with the support that I get from my account manager. The response time, fixes when necessary, and showing me how to do things is awesome.

Pros

Setting up a new event is efficient and quick. I also like the weekly automated promotions, and the program booklet. I don't use it as often as I would like because I think the layout of the cover needs improving.

Cons

I wish the weekly promotions had more "pre-programmed" statements so that they appear more original. Patrons get used to seeing the same announcements. I think rotating at least 10 might cure this concern.

Great experience overall.

Pros

I love the design of the ticketing page and the functionality and ability to add behind the scenes and cast bios.

Cons

Expense. It is too expensive for our guests and for us.

Nothing-it is a great product that is easy to use and has an excellent variety of features.

I appreciated working with them.

Pros

I liked the ease of the product and the options for companies. The website looks great.

Cons

Some features were hard to find, and also, we didn't make a lot of money because we paid a lot in fees. That wasn't On The Stage's fault: we could have sold more tickets. But in retrospect, I would not have dome both livestreaming AND On Demand.

Pros

OTS is a must have for any theatre teacher who is producing shows. They make fundraising, advertising, and ticket sales very low-stress. The people are so helpful and calm, and willing to help.

Cons

Nothing. The only thing that stood in my way was me.

We really love using On The Stage. It has simplified the process of ticketing and box office.

Pros

The ease of setting up an event and ticket sales. We also love the email marketing that is automatic to all former patrons.

Cons

Needing to set up another system for accepting payments and some website features are not customizable enough.

Pros

When is suits your needs the ticketing system is very easy to use

Cons

The customer service is not very helpful and other than as a ticketing system the other features are not easy to implement. We had a terrible time with social media integration, and other advertising features and were never able to get help to make them work properly.

On The Stage is a very useful tool for small theaters.

Pros

It was easy to build and edit the ticketing website. I appreciate that the Playbill can be automatically created from the website information.

Cons

The fundraising site is completely separate. Getting images created and uploaded for merchandise is very tedious and requires some technical skills.
