Utilizo o flashbox geralmente com clientes com dificuldade na conexão, informando instabilidade. No flashbox é possível estarmos verificando as redes ao redor e identificar o melhor canal para configurar o roteador do cliente e evitar oscilações futuras.

Um dos recursos mais impactantes é que podemos estar configurando os equipamentos cadastrados no Flashbox em um aplicativo para gerenciar a rede wi-fi.

Facilidade de alterar e monitorar equipamentos. Evitar deslocamento de técnicos para a casa do assinante as vezes somente para trocar uma senha wifi. Facilidade de bloquear o uso do equipamento em casos da não devolução do assinante para o provedor.

A experiência foi extremamente satisfatória para nossos clientes. Com a introdução NV1 consegui promover significativamente o número de chamados que requeriam configuração de roteador do NV2 ou visita do tecnico. Além disso os clientes passaram a ter um aplicativo que lhes permite monitorar e controlar a sua rede. Com isso, os clientes ficaram muito mais satisfeitos e agradecem pela solução que lhes foi oferecida.

Pros

O principal pró deste software é a sua capacidade de padronizar a configuração de CPEs, otimizando o processo de ativação do cliente. Além disso, ele oferece uma plataforma única e intuitiva para qualquer iniciante de SAC, permitindo que eles operarem sem medo. Outra vantagem é a facilidade de acesso a informações relevantes, com apenas um clique. Por fim, a atualização automática dos equipamentos também é um grande benefício deste software, que permite que todos os equipamentos sejam atualizados em um único clique.

Cons

Contra se da pois até o momento não é capaz de criar mais de um SSID no dispositivo ou mesmo de promover uma rede aberta.

Por padronizar diversos CPE's, tornando assim o treinamento da equipe operacional mais pratico, e pela otimização da opção do cliente ter um unico APP independente se alteramos o modelo de sei CPE, e um plataforma que limite níveis de aceso reduzindo o numero de erros operacional que poderia ocasionar a perda de acesso ao equipamento, otimização de tempo na ativação o roteador ja pode sair pré configurado em questão de minuto.

A confiança e a sensibilidade que temos de estar atuando dentro da casa do cliente. As funcionalidades nos proporcionam inúmeras informações, o que torna a tratativa do problema muito mais assertiva.
