"Square Loyalty brings in customers!"
Overall: This program is excellent. My customers love it and it's so easy to manage.
Pros: Square Loyalty makes it extremely easy to track my most loyal customers. Also, I can customize promotional materials specifically to my most loyal customers, which, of course, makes them even BETTER customers.
Cons: I have nothing to complain about with this software. It works great and helps grow my business.

Overall: It has been helpful and eliminated stamp cards, and also taken the guesswork out of what is earned with each point tier. It also helped us condense point systems -instead of a separate stamp card for whole bean coffee or food items, it’s all in one.
Pros: It’s great to be able to customize it so much
Cons: The cost feels a little high, sometimes I’m unclear on how many users are actively using it. Because it’s based on amount of users, I feel that I’m paying for more than is necessary when someone signs up once and isn’t a return or frequent customer
"Square Loyalty - Love it but needs some tweeks"
Overall: I wish it could just be overhauled and sharpened up more. its got some great functionality but it just doesn't really hit the mark. If the system was sorted we would certainly use loyalty to its full potential. As it stands its not there...yet!
Pros: The fact it is integrated with the rest of the Square Eco system allowing us to capture sales data which we can use along side our marketing effort for direct and target marketing campaigns
Cons: There are some very good elements but it struggles in places. One of the biggest issues for us in the UK is that Loyalty is built around mobile numbers and text marketing. We can not capture emails for marketing purposes easily (important as we do a lot of business via email especially ad text marketing is not available in the UK) when using the loyalty program. We use the Square Register and some flexibly to control the fields we want to capture form the Register CFD would be great. For us name, mobile number for Loyalty, email for marketing communications and DOB as an option. Also we uses the signup link but its a two step/page process for mobile number them email address input. All these things do not allow for complete information capture and puts off customers when too cumbersome.
"Simple and effective loyalty solution "
Overall: Very simple to set up and help increase ticket size. Customers love the fact that they don’t have to keep track of a loyalty card since the loyalty program is tracked in the POS system under their phone number
Pros: It’s very simple to set up reward levels and track customers available rewards which helps drive more sales
Cons: There honestly isn’t anything that I dislike about the Square Loyalty program

Overall: Well of course we went from the old paper punch cards to this. It's all in the reports! You can keep up with your program with ease. "Not going Back"
Pros: Currently over 62% of sales are from our over 20,000 Loyalty Customers. Simple, clean, fast and easy. Also very customizable to your business.
Cons: Don't have any Cons as of now. Square great about keeping the program up to date.

Overall: This has been a GAME CHANGER for our business. Simple and created true loyalty amongst customers.
Pros: Love how user friendly it is but also how you can customize it for your specific business.
Cons: Possibly that you have to go into each new item and make sure they can be used to redeem stars. But truly don’t have complaints.
