Pros

Ostendi is a reliable business partner. During the preparation and implementation of the 360 assessment system, the Ostendi consultant showed full commitment and efficiency in the implementation of this project. Furthermore, he was always available, providing advice and support. Our cooperation was smooth and effective in a very pleasant atmosphere. I would definitely recommend working with Ostendi.

I am extremely satisfied with the platform's intuitiveness and ease of navigation, even without any implementation. Additionally, having a few hours of tutorials with a dedicated consultant was great. Nothing compares to human-to-human support when implementing a new tool in an organization.

Pros

Customer support was great! Thanks to that, we implemented the new platform smoothly.

Cons

The registration process: To log in, users have to use a specific URL, different from the one in the survey. Some kind of redirection would be great.

Pros

I primarily use Ostendi for profiling positions and selecting the best-matched candidates. The tool highlights both strengths and areas for improvement worth working on. Very useful for both parties - potential candidates and the HR department of the company.

Cons

Having chat support directly on the screen would be helpful. This way, we wouldn't have to reach out to customer support for minor technical issues.

I am incredibly pleased with my experience using the Ostendi platform. The user interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy for me to navigate and access the features I need. The variety of tools and resources available have greatly streamlined my workflow. The generated reports are not only detailed but also presented in a clear and user-friendly manner. The communication with the Ostendi team is fast and accessible. The consultants at Ostendi have consistently provided invaluable support whenever I have had technical or substantive questions related to the tools we use.

Pros

I liked the user-friendly interface of OstendiHR the most. It was easy to navigate and had all the necessary features for effective HR management. The automation of routine tasks also helped save time and increase efficiency. Overall, OstendiHR made HR processes more streamlined and organized.

Cons

One of the things I liked least about OstendiHR is that the user interface is not very intuitive and requires some time to get used to. Such a complicated structure can be problematic for new users who want to quickly and efficiently use the program.

Pros

The best thing is customer service. Our gaidiens are helping us with any questions. Additionally we really like the 360 feedback platform. It is great that our emloyees can edit and add people by themselfs. The estetic of ostendi is really nice and I this platform itself is really intuitive.

Cons

I think it is the fact that when emloyee do the 360 survey, they cannot add more people and becouse of that sometime there is need to help them by administration. Additinally, maybe import and creating their own profiles could be more automatic. Logging by "forgeting password" isn't the easiest way for emloyees.

Reasons for choosing OstendiHR

In case of 360 survey, employees could add their evaluators by themselfs. It is more automatic option for us.

Pros

The user experience is very intuitive when it comes to the whole system and understanding what each module stands for. The fact that is't being constantly updated and most of those updates are useful to the user. Possibility to download multiple reports at once.

Cons

Lack of possibility to assign questions to only some people within the whole evaluated group (the fact that I need to create a new project for each employee group if I want to change one question out of 30). Some spelling mistakes and weird words being used (suggesting direct translation from Polish) when using the system in English.

I am very grateful for the help of Ostendi consultants in carrying out the first assessment.

Pros

Employee evaluations are the main purpose of using the Ostendi tool in our company. I like that making the assessments by managers is easy. A valuable report is generated, on the basis of which managers can conduct development talks with employee.Periodic use of employee evaluation allows managers to plan an employee's development and monitor his or her progress. Additionally, they have space to talk freely about the goals to be achieved and they can go back to the assessment results in Ostendi, e.g. from last year.An advantage of Ostendi is that you can ask specific questions, which are truly important for your organization.

Cons

From the technical side, I needed the support of Ostendi consultants for the first time, because creating a form and a mailing list in the system was not intuitive. However, thanks to great help, everything worked out!

An intuitive and flexible tool that allows you to design surveys of competencies, engagement, employee evaluations and opinions, personality preferences and knowledge verification.

Pros

The platform allows you to prepare a project tailored to the organization, which results from high flexibility and numerous solutions that can be used.The platform is very intuitive, but both the initial training and daily support are at the highest level I have come across so far.

Cons

Very good customer experience thanks to a complex and feedback culture values focused implementation support.

Pros

The software is complex, intuitive, easy to use. It offers many connected elements, so it can be tailored for the company's current needs and broadened if needed. The service and consulting around the sfotware is hihgly professional and focused around core feedback values, which makes it a complete service (not only software).

Cons

Tiny incosistencies in terminology in dashbord elements descriptions - we reported that to Ostendi and it was immediately fixed, wchich in fact made it another positive side of working with the provider.

Pros

The system is very intuitive and easy to administer. It provides all functionalities to run 360 or other feedback processes smoothly on a global scale (multi language tool). Ostendi company listens to the voice of customer to constantly improve the platform.

Ostendi Talent Hunter is a tool for measuring personality traits, which allows you to assess how much development potential a candidate has and what might be a difficulty for him or her in everyday professional functioning

Pros

Can be used in many areas including recruitment and selection, AC/DC, promotion paths, talent development programs. It also makes it possible to define an expected profile of job requirements and match it with a profile of personality preferences. Clear and easy to understand reports

Cons

Honestly, nothing comes to my mind, this is a very intuitive and functional solution. Backed with behaviour descriptions for given categoriwes.
