Overall, the experience was frustrating for construction environment. No response from support, no data reliability and constant sales resignation reduced trust and limited operational value.

Pros

The platform initially appeared suitable for construction procurement with clean interface and broad data promise. However, frequent downtime, no data availability, and no updates limited its usefulness. While onboarding was simple, execution did not match expectation.

Cons

They do not have good post sale assistance at all, they say they are working on a matter and completely ignore you for months. I've had to ask for feedback on very simple subjects and gotten no text back. Honestly would NEVER buy it again.

Pros

The interface is intuitive and user friendly.

Cons

The information given is incomplete, 95% of the times the data does not have accurate and complete information. A lot of unknown, not found, etc, especially in the most crucial data (BL, price, supplier/buyer name).
