We are thankful this product exists and is so easy to use! We love Nivati! Pros Nivati offers something for everyone, making it accessible to all employees and their families. Our team enjoys that they can create their own wellness routine based on subjects that are meaningful to them. We enjoy all of the features, specifically the mental health resources such as robust counseling offerings, ease of scheduling, and a variety of video topics. The interface is user-friendly and our HR team enjoys the ease of reviewing stats, and reports and adding/removing new team members with ease. Cons N/A I feel Nivati is very mindful of its products, and its account managers are friendly, well-informed, and dedicated to making the most of your relationship. Cons I would like to see Nivati develop it's offerings as it relates to workshops around work-team groups. There were a few times we set-up workshops for our various employee teams, where we wanted content that would empower these teams to work better together, and that focused on employee togetherness. The content covered in these workshops were more individualistic strategies and solutions you would implement in your personal/family life... not necessarily with your work team and colleagues. I feel it provides a healthier mental and work/life balance by providing this service. It is also super fun to do group classes or join in to the webinars they provide as a company as well. Lastly, we have a rockstar rep who checks in monthly with me to ensure we are getting the most out of the Nivati product and providing ideas to better engage each and every one of our employees. Pros I like the options Nivati provides for our employees to receive the help they need in the way they want to be helped. They can choose from Nivati's robust video library to improve in areas such as mind, body, financial, etc. OR they can book live, 1-on-1 sessions with a licensed professional to receive more personalized help in those areas. This allows our employees to receive help at their own pace in the way they want to be helped. Cons The two things I wished Nivati had they actually recently released as features: being able to add our staff to the platform ourselves and being able to see analytic of our company's usage. So I am actually thrilled they released those and made those much needed and missing improvements. Pros Nivati is easy to use and has a wide array of wellness options. Whereas many platforms focus on a single offering (mental health support, physical training, nutrition, etc.), Nivati offers them all on one platform. As a user, this allows me to customize my wellness experience based on my current needs and goals. I have used my credits for a variety of sessions - life coaching, yoga, nutrition - but recently, my favorite sessions are the physical training sessions with \[sensitive content hidden\] Cons There have been many improvements made to Nivati over the years that I have been a user. This has resulted in an improved user experience. Currently, the only thing that I find mildly frustrating is that I have to enter my login information twice every time I sign on to the platform.
