Overall the experience has been good, there is still some work to do on our end with data to get the most out of the tool and also with the TopLeft team in order with getting the new UI working like the old UI. The integration with Autotask is good and is a great visual tool for seeing a resources task allocation.

Pros

The Kanban board provides clear visualisation of tasks, making work easier to track and manage. Being able to view this by different filters makes tracking with resources helpful

Cons

We have come onboard during the transition to the new UI, we want to solely use the new UI, there is some functionality that still does not work.

A visual representation of the tickets, status and if there are any blockers. This allows us to assign or reassign tickets when technicians are available and not allow for tickets to get backed up or go stale. We have daily team huddles to collaborate and discuss improvements.

Pros

I love being able to visualize my team's workload with a quick glance, plus the color coding on a card informs us when we are nearing a SLA or action is needed.

Cons

Noting to dislike, it provides me with the information needed.

Rarely any issues. Constant adds of new features with a great way of communicating to us what is new.

Pros

The seamless sync process with ConnectWise. We are able to utilize our PSA for the data and reporting, which is where it shines. TopLeft gives us Kanban boards with many features to enhance workflow and project management.

Cons

The sales boards for ConnectWise Opps and Activities could use improvement.
