La solution fonctionne comme on veut et si jamais il y a des questions, l'équipe de Charlie est réactive. C'est parfait. Pros C'est très compliqué d'obtenir des témoignages vidéos de la part des clients. D'abord,, il faut leur demander de se filmer. Charlie rend tout le process plus accessible. Les clients peuvent faire le témoignage depuis leur ordinateur ou téléphone, ils n'ont qu'à répondre aux questions posées et c'est tout. C'est simple de leur côté. De mon côté, c'est simple aussi car je n'ai aucun montage vidéo à faire. Avant Charlie, je n'avais ni le temps, ni l'envie d'avoir des témoignages vidéos et maintenant, je parviens à en récupérer régulièrement. Cons Etant donné que la solution est récente, il y a quelques points à améliorer sur la plateforme. Par exemple, Charlie ne sauvegardait pas mes questions que je posais à mes clients.
