Strong admin controls with great analytical data. Also the ability to book spaces within the b-line help is so great, its make it easy to manage office spaces. The Upcoming AI features are a great help when it comes to booking or managing meeting rooms and office information.

Love working with the team. They are quick and friendly to resolve issues if they arise or if we have questions. They are extremely patient as I learn the system

The professionalism and support from the IT Team along with the installer. Everything was done with very little work from my end. The team came in, did all the work and left their workspace as clean as it was when they first stared.

Cons

Some phone's we are having a difficult time getting to work with the system. Seems to be the phones not the system itself. However again IT was a huge support and we now have people set up with fobs instead of their phone apps.

It took literally 2 minutes to install the app and get access to my spaces in the coworking areas.

Pros

Makes access to my coworking space super easy and no need to carry around (and lose!) my physical key card.

Cons

That I didn't start using it before. Getting tenants knowledgeable of these more streamlined solutions and optimizing for adoption is something owners and landlords need to prioritize.

B-Line is quick to use. I just open my phone and hold it against the reader and I'm in. We can forget our passes but we always have our phones!

Sometimes the app took a while to boot up but I now have the most recent app, so hoping for a smoother user experience.
