Technical Writer E-Learning ### "Using WebAnimator" 3.0 Overall Rating 3.0 3.0 Ease of Use 3.0 3.0 Features 4.0 4.0 Customer Service 0.0 0.0 Likelihood to Recommend 9/10 November 30, 2022 I have used WebAnimator to create a few small GIF files for use in web projects and whilst it was relatively simple to do the job, I have used other tools which were simpler. The big pluses for the application are the export capabilities, with three different export targets. Simple GIF files can be output, but also HTML files can be exported as a web component with the associated CSS and Javascript files, and if you also own Incomedia's web design software, Website X5 you can output directly into it. This is by no means a bad tool for creating animation, but I am not entirely sure that I would recommend it. Pros It is relatively easy to pull together a number of different resources to create a GIF or HTML animation. Cons The feel of the program is a little dated.
