Pros The customer service is amazing, the team is quick to respond and resolves any concerns I may have. The app is easy to navigate and free resources to all staff regardless of the fitness levels. The level of engagement in the office on an engagement per dollar was levels above anything else we've tried. Pros Great product support and service from the GoJoe team made running an office challenge really easy. Loved the weekly report that was shared to. App works really nicely for checking results and logging effort. Cons The competition got a bit out of hand in the office with folks taking it too seriously :) I had to ban people recording exercise between midnight and 5am. Also a few complaints from participants grassing-up colleagues who they thought were logging exercise hours that they weren't doing. Cons The 'top' of the leaderboard seemed to be recording all movement and not dedicated activities. i felt tat getting towards the top of the leaderboard was impossible for me.
