In my opinion, this is one of the best B2B banking apps right now, despite being a newcomer. Pros I decided to download Ampere for 2 reasons: to send payments on behalf of my firm across the country in GBP, as well as in EUR to my clients coming from Ireland. My company usually makes lots of transactions and transfers, and switching to Ampere was the best decision since we started saving a lot on commissions for various business transactions. Cons What the app lacks the most at the moment is the ability to send money in USD, I have a few clients from the US and if there was such an option, I’d be also glad to use it. However, I also want to test out the additional features that Ampere will add as they grow. Pros The coolest thing about Ampere is that I can now transfer pounds to my clients based in Scotland for free and as often as I like! Before that, I used a Revolut business card to send and receive pounds, but after that, things got significantly changed, and I highly doubt I'll ever use Revolut again. I should also emphasize customer service, I got a response to my request in terms of verifying my business account within 30 mins. Cons I wish I could use Ampere to send payments to my local clients in Norwegian krones. In the app, I'd also like to register a merchant account because I think my business might really benefit from this feature. I mainly use to send payments to my business clients based in Manchester and every single payment I sent (no matter large or small) reached my clients in up to 5 mins if not less. Definitely, a must-try app if you’re a freelancer like me, for example. Cons The one thing about Ampere that I don't like is that they haven't yet released the full range of features they advertised on their website and social media. I can now confirm that waiting for the app release was worthwhile. Most of the time I use Ampere to transfer money to my clients in Sweden and Finland since they offer one of the fastest-reaching transfers I’ve ever seen (before Ampere, I used Wise or my local bank PKO for sending euros to those countries). In the future, they also plan to introduce the accounting and tax management feature and I truly hope that Ampere will substitute most of the apps I currently use for managing my accounts. Cons The main thing (in my case) I dislike about Ampere is that they’re not offering transfers in US dollars right now, since I have clients based in Hong Kong and other Asian countries and I would also use Ampere to send money to them if there was such an option. I’ve been using the Ampere app for about 3 weeks, and I can definitely say this is one of the best financial/fintech apps I’ve recently used. The speed of transfers is insane: money reached my recipients in a matter of minutes, and for international transfers, it took only a day. Cons Not all of the features have been yet developed.The one thing about Ampere that I don't like is that they haven't yet released the full range of features they advertised on their website and social media.
