Great experience so far - the support really is very good, compared to other software we tried, the price is unbeatable, and the pricing structure is very clear. This software seems to have the same if not more features than the competing software and the fact that support is so open to suggestions makes it easy for us to use.

Pros

The ease of use, the price and the excellent support we received are my number 1 things I liked the most. The software is complete with everything, there's a lot in there so it's a lot to learn, but the staff were always there to support us through the process and helping us setting everything up. They got really involved, giving great advice on how our workflow could be optimised even more. Now we have set everything up (the entire process took about 2 months) we can already see the benefits of using opus. We can confirm more clients, less cost in other software we used to use, and our projects are finished more efficient than before as everything is in 1 place and all staff use the same software to finalise a project.

Cons

I don't think there was anything I didn't like, there are some features that I would like to see added, but generally when we ask for a feature it's either already in development, they add it to the list or give us an alternative method of setting up. So a solution is always given.
