I had the translation with Google, in some point out of nowhere it stop working. I change to their "TranslatePress AI". They ask me to renew to have the automatic translation added if you are a current user you don't get it (great), bought a new membership with 200K credits. Then my credits disappear, translation disappears, customer service says I have use all the credits - can't justify how - and nobody responds since then. Went ahead and bought extra 500K credits because I have an important presentation to show the website and thought that would fix it, and the website still NOT translating automatically. To my surprise, just navigating trying to figure out what's wrong and 60K credits disappear from my account and still no translations - only a few thing or some pages-. I have an important meeting tomorrow and thanks to this plugin my website is BUTCHERED, do not trust at all costs. Worst customer service experience I had in 14 years managing Wordpress sites. Easy to use, easy to understand and implement and I couldn't be more happy that we choose TranslatePress over WPML and Weglot. Pros The machine learning auto translation is like magic. It uses a combination of multiple services to bring in the translation close to 100% accuracy. It saved us countless hours. I'm a product owner my self and appreciate affordable solutions built with attention to details, ease of use and a great user experience. These are a couple of the reasons we've choose TranslatePress for our multilingual plugin for WordPress. Cons I don't have anything for this list, sorry. Alternatives considered [Weglot](https://www.capterra.com/p/200736/Weglot/) Reasons for choosing TranslatePress Weglot is very expensive. This way, you can also correct words that may not have been accurately translated by the default translation. Cons One thing I found there are no options for customizing the design of the language toggle button, such as changing its color or size. Even in the premium version, I did not see an option for it. It's possible that it can be achieved through code, but it would be more convenient if the plugin developers implement this feature in future updates.
