CreativeTime completely fixed that. Pros Honestly, the geo-fencing on the mobile app has been a massive lifesaver for our team. In the restaurant business, everyone is always running around, and when a rush hits, the last thing someone remembers to do is queue up at a static back-office terminal just to punch in. With CreativeTime, our team members can clock in right from their phones the second they walk through the doors, but the GPS restriction means they actually have to be at the Shack to do it, no clocking in from the parking lot. The multiple shift assignment feature is also incredibly smooth. Our schedule changes constantly between opening prep, mid-day burger flips, and late-night cleanups, and the system handles those overlapping schedules without throwing error codes or messing up payroll integrations. Cons The initial setup for our multi-location setup was a bit tedious. The team at Creative Solutions is well knowledge and have vast experience, our on premises solution was deployed with very good working condition Pros We at manpower solution required a software to track the attendance of each employee where they are, by using CreativeTime we have successfully managing more than 1000+ employees with the geo locations. Easy to use attendance and time tracking system, multiple shift options, bulk roaster to schedule employees. And we have customized the system as per our needs without changing the system itself. Cons Some advanced customization and implementation required additional payments and mobile apps feature can be expendables. The support team from Creative Solutions made us confidence in there product and training was provided. Pros The software is pretty good, user navigation, features like custom reporting and customizable field with integration with our erp system. The software helps our team to login and logout from multi location without hassle and records in the dashboard which helps us identify the location of the work. Cons the timeline for integration with our erp system taken a long, and customizable fields requires attention a lot.
