Any times I've had issues, it's user error. Customer service is helpful and prompt. Tool is great to use and has helped me streamline from a bunch of data tools I was using before. Pros Simple to use, easy to understand, with accurate data that doesn't rely on cookies or have privacy issues like some other options. You add the code and it starts tracking! Robust for customer journey and client attribution so you can see what activities are working and what leads are doing before they buy. Cons Nothing so far! I wish I'd found it a lot sooner, would have saved me a lot of manual work, setting up my own dashboards and such. Pros The first party information to help mitigate silly lawsuits. The installation was also insanely easy and the custom domain was a breeze to do. Cons Not many tutorials on how to set it up for different use cases compared to the behemoth that is Google Analytics. We moved away from GA to usermaven due to its easy to implement the usage tracking on our websites and products. Its has been game changers on capturing every events and it is cookieless which is a bonus features than other tools we used. Cons I do not see any cons. Not at the moment at least. This tool make data easy to read and understand for the day-to-day marketer looking for quick stats and data without jumping through hoops. Need more in depth funnels and conversion tracking? They have that too and much more. I definitely had other colleagues of mine rave about this product before I jumped onboard. This product's best asset is the team and founder. They run other companies that have become quite successful and built Usermaven as the core of tracking their analytics. They have real world experience with their own capital and other SaaS tools and partners that have helped provide data. This tool has constantly releases updates and I am excited to see their future. Cons The only thing right now would be to have an initial dashboard home where you could see a tile of each client with key information. This would make it easier to see an overview and drill into any problems first.
