Any times I've had issues, it's user error. Customer service is helpful and prompt. Tool is great to use and has helped me streamline from a bunch of data tools I was using before. Pros Simple to use, easy to understand, with accurate data that doesn't rely on cookies or have privacy issues like some other options. You add the code and it starts tracking! Robust for customer journey and client attribution so you can see what activities are working and what leads are doing before they buy. Cons Nothing so far! I wish I'd found it a lot sooner, would have saved me a lot of manual work, setting up my own dashboards and such. Setup was quick and easy, including self-hosting the script for white labeling. Analytics tracking went from a chore to a pleasant experience I enjoy. And that alone means I'm much more likely to extract useful data and actionable items from the tracking. Pros \- Cost: Lifetime deal provided tremendous value - Ability to create extra workspaces and manage users easily - Ability to white label tracking pixel - GDPR and CCPA compliance - User interface is good looking and easy to use Cons Honestly there wasn't anything that was a major con to me. The interface is also designed with the user in mind, so it's extremely easy to analyze the data. I like how easy it is to start tracking the analytics of a website. It gives me insights even on what keywords clients found me. You can see the entire journey of a visitor on your website, and to me, this is very valuable data to have. Since I have a web design agency, I also started implementing Usermaven on all the sites of my clients, to also easily see the results of the new website design. I've been a big fan of Usermaven since signing up for the product. They're also constantly improving the product, and do well with communication and keeping me updated about new features. They run other companies that have become quite successful and built Usermaven as the core of tracking their analytics. Cons The only thing right now would be to have an initial dashboard home where you could see a tile of each client with key information.
