The support team is very quick to respond and are eager to help. The product and experience with the interface is clean and responsive. I purchase and use products that look good and are intuitive. Sometimes I just don't have time to try to "figure" things out because of a poor UI. This isn't one of those products at all. I'll be moving all my website and client website to Usermaven to have them all in one area to monitor. I'm looking forward to all the new enhancements and updates to come for this product. Pros I like how easy Usermaven was to set up and install. I was done in less than 10 minutes and had analytical data ready on my dashboard. Just one simple piece of code installed on the header of my website and done. Cons I like being able to see all my domains on one dashboard, but if I filter down to a single domain, I would like to see the Conversion Goals filter to just that domain as well. Right now it still shows all the Conversion Goals of my other domains that I have set up in my account. Not a deal breaker at all, just a small peeve of mine. I decided on Usermaven as the UI was appealing and their product easy to set up and use. As it was a new kid on the block the features at the time were slightly lacking but the development team is great and new features are being added all the time. Cons No cons at present looking at their road map the the features I'm missing now are on there and I am confident in the development team that they will implement them effectively. I have used other tools from the dev team and I feel that these are some of the hardest working devs in the SaaS world. They are very responsive to recommendations and quick to fix things that don't work. I feel this product should be better known, it's a great alternative to Google Analytics. Pros Usermaven is a user-friendly and straightforward analytics tool designed for website administrators, agencies, and other users. The solution offered is designed to make it simple and straightforward to track and analyze data from websites. It is user-friendly and can be implemented without difficulty. The UI is set up logically: you have access to the information you need most on one page, and can dive deeper, if needed. It is also privacy-friendly, and has cookie-less tracking to bypass blockers. As an agency owner, I like the fact that it is easy to view all my clients at once, from the overview page. Cons I do not have many complaints about Usermaven. There have been some hiccups, and the development was slow at the start, but that has been resolved. I would like a feature that would make it easier to identify user flows and recommend funnel and conversion goals automatically. Reason for choosing Usermaven I started using Uswermaven as an alternative to Google Analytics. With the recent switch to GA4, I was secure in the knowledge that Usermaven was tracking my clients' websites and that I owned that data. Pros Usermaven is very easy to implement and adjust. The data representation in the dashboard is both beautiful and useful. Many tracking behaviors are automated which saves time. Cons I would like to see more external integrations such as Google Sheets and WordPress. Currently, there is only 1 integration available, which is Google Search Console. And 2 more that were coming soon for quite a while which are Stripe and PayPal. Cons The only thing right now would be to have an initial dashboard home where you could see a tile of each client with key information.
