Pros The Shift Manager and E-Sign features are incredible and have really helped us grow as a business. We are a much more efficient, streamlined and organised business due to having this. Cons I feel there are certain tweaks that could be made to the electronic timesheet feature but this could be down to the niche sector in which we recruit. This may not be an issue for more generalist temp recruiters. The app has integrated and enhanced our current process with minimal disruption and was helpfully managed throughout. Pros ease of use and how the team are constantly adding to functionality and listen to what type of things are needed. It's very user friendly and easy to add forms to the form builder for applications etc Cons we are desperate for software that can automatically send and chase references when candidates add in email address and tick the 'permission to send immediately' box - it would be a real game changer for us as a business to have this functionality in existing software whereby my compliance officer doesn't need to spend hours and hours chasing email references to clear candidates. Currently looking at other providers but ideally we would want to keep it in one place. Very easy to set up forms from scratch. It is easy to send to candidates. Cons Having to resend the forms to someone- you have to wait a period of time, rather than being able to send right away. We have a system that can manage our shift booking and candidate onboarding from start to finish. It can also act as a mini CRM which has come in handy for tracking candidate and client queries.They have taken onboard our feedback and made changes in line with it to support us with our requirements. Looking forward to seeing what the new year brings and what additional features they will integrate.
