Cons When using the EM Calculator you are not able to manually enter the DOS and have to be left clicking to get to a prior years DOS. This makes it very cumbersome. I have been a certified coder for 19 years and have worked with several types of software over the years so I am sure eventually I will learn how to maximize my use of it. Pros I like the E&M calculator it makes the coding super easy and 99% error proof. Cons There needs to be training set up for people who purchase the product. I think people would get more use out of there purchase if they new how to use all the capabilities. I bought my subscription when COVID started so there was very limited assistance with it. I was told to watch videos on You Tube and look at the help information attached in the different areas. There was no customer service help line to reach out to.
