Ein echt klasse Tool und vom Preis-/Leistung Verhältnis wirklich unschlagbar. Beeindruckend ist wirklich der Umfang an Rechtstexten, den man bekommt und dem Cockpit, das sehr übersichtlich ist. Nicht nur Rechtstexte für die Webseite sondern auch Vorlagen für eine AV-Vertrag oder sonstige Vertragstexte, die man im Agentur Alltag benötigt kann man damit abwickeln. Eigentlich suchte ich nur eine Lösung für die Rechtstexte auf Internetseiten, aber das Legal.Cockpit macht seinem Namen alle Ehre, denn es kann viel mehr: Es ist eine Art Schweizer Messer für sämtliche Rechtsexte und Verträge im Agentur Alltag. Ein echtes Cockpit für Rechtssachen im Agentur Alltag. Im Cockpit hat man alles übersichtlich organisiert. Dazu noch einen rechtlichen Support den man jederzeit anschreiben kann. Echt stark, wie umfangreich die gebotene Leistung ist und wie übersichtlich und trotz dem grossen Umfang alles gelöst ist. Ich bin einfach beeindruckt und immer wieder überrascht über alles was ich noch neu entdecke. Man merkt das die Macher von Legal.cockpit sich wirklich Gedanken gemacht haben eine richtig gute Lösung zu entwickeln und das ist ihnen wirklich gut gelungen. Ich bin begeistert! Pros Die Benutzeroberfläche (Cockpit) ist wirklich gut gestaltet und leicht zu bedienen. Die damit erstellten Rechtstexte lassen sich schnell und leicht in Webseiten integrieren - insbesondere in Wordpress, da es dafür extra ein Plugin gibt. Die Rechtstexte kann man damit per Shortcode an beliebiger Stelle einfügen und per Klick aktualisieren bei Änderungen. Dazu gehört auch direkt eine Lösung für ein Cookie Banner, dass sich ebenfalls sehr leicht integrieren lässt. Eine wirklich durchdachte Lösung die alles bietet um eine Webseite schnell und einfach rechtssicher zu machen. Aber das Tool kann noch viel mehr: Es begleitet einen wie mit einer Checkliste, welche Aufgaben man erledigen muss, um eine Webseite rechtssicher zu machen. Dazu gibt es verschiedene Projektvorlagen. Als Agentur hat man auch noch eine perfekte Kundenverwaltung dabei bezüglich der einzelnen Projekte für verschiedene Webseiten inkl. chronologischer Protokollierung aller Änderungen an Rechtstexten, so das man im Streitfall auch alles gut dokumentiert hat. Ich bin wirklich begeistert - sehr genial gelöst alles und für mich als jemand der mehrere Webprojekte betreut eine ideale Lösung! Cons Wirkliche Nachteile habe ich noch nicht gefunden, nur hier und da Ideen bekommen was man noch besser lösen könnte. Dazu habe ich den Support angeschrieben, der die Ideen dankend aufgenommen hat. Ich habe dieses Tool dauerhaft im Einsatz, es bietet mir einen "sicheren" Rahmen - was ist schon sicher heutzutage? Aber ich wüsste im Fall des Falles an wen ich mich wenden kann. Meine AGBs, rechtssichere Abnahme von Projekten, Datenschutzvertrag mit Kunden und das Generieren von Rechtstexten für Kunden-Webseiten kann ich nun problemlos in meine Alltag als Werbeagentur einbinden. Pros Ich liebe die einfache Handhabung und das gute Gefühl, endlich mit seinen Rechtstexten und den des Kunden richtig umgehen zu können. Man kann jederzeit Fragen stellen an die Experten und einfach die Dokumente erstellen und an den Kunden raussenden. Cons Am Anfang haben noch ein paar Möglichkeiten, wie Tools und Anbieter z.B. im Bereich Datenschutzerklärung gefehlt. Diese wurden aber regelmäßig eingepflegt. Durch die Übersichtlichkeit wird das Arbeiten erleichtert und das Haftungsrisiko reduziert. Pros Legal Cockpit ist ein einfach zu bedienendes Tool für alle Marketingagenturen, die Ihre Kundenprojekte rechtssicher umsetzen möchten. Dazu gehört die Kontaktverwaltung der Agenturkunden, E-Signaturen um Aufträge digital signieren zu lassen und die rechtssichere Abnahme der Projekte durch ein Protokoll. Es können alle erforderlichen Rechtsdokumente wie Impressum und Datenschutz erstellt werden. Cons Eine Datenschutzerklärung und/oder ein Impressum zu erstellen geht relativ einfach, da man hier Schritt für Schritt durchgeführt wird. Stand heute 01/2023, die Wochen vergehen und auf Nachfrage bekommt man weiterhin schwammige Antworten.Ansonsten der Datenschutzgenerator und Impressum ist gut, das Cookie Consent Tool kann man eigentlich nicht als Tool bezeichnen. Es ist ein extremer Aufwand, die ganzen Codes zu implementieren, ganz klar, da nutze ich lieber weiterhin extra Lösungen, in denen ich das ganze mit einigen Klicks erledige.Das Unterschriften Tool ist für die meisten Kunden schlicht zu schwierig, das musste ich mit Fachwissen erst einmal testen, um zu verstehen, was ich wann machen muss, da es auch an Erklärungen mangelt.Sollte es sich weiterhin so schleppend entwickeln, kommt wieder mal die Erkenntnis, hätte ich doch lieber direkt beim Marktführer gebucht. Cons Es ist noch zu viel in einer Art Beta Version... - Der Cookie Banner erfordert sehr viel Wissen über das Backend einer Website und entsprechende Eingriffe in deren Code. Das ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß und für die meisten User zu Code intensiv oder wie in meinem Fall einfach zeitlich viel zu aufwendig.
