Overall I am very happy with the Nilo. This is my second year of using it and hopefully it won't be the last. I have my therapist there and enjoy a lot the sessions.

Pros

I enjoy a lot the roundtables and sessions with certified therapists, experts and coaches. Meditations are cool as well.

Cons

Limited sessions :) Generally I enjoy the platform a lot, booking in advance could be suggestion for improvement - to book all 10 sessions in advance (e.g. biweekly).

Cons

Ist auf den Deutschen Markt ausgelegt. Wir sind in der Schweiz und gewisse Themenfelder werden nicht auf unsere Region eingestellt.

My overall experience is very positive and using nilo has had a big positive impact on my wellbeing.

Pros

nilo is an amazing company benefit, the quality of psychologists is very good and the variety of roundtables and webinars is great!

Cons

Nothing in particular, I'm super happy with the service! Would recommend it to anyone to use the 1:1 sessions or join one of the roundtables.

Pros

The product philosophy and intention behind it is great: enabling mental health in the workplace with a easily accessible tool & platform.

Cons

I think the product is not made for an international market. The content seems to be primarily marketed towards Germany, where there are more roundtables, more experts, and more possibilities overall for the EU timezone and german native speakers. I also had issues with invoicing & reactivity of customer care.

Durchweg positiv. Ob Experte, Support oder Key Account Manager: Alle sind so wertschätzend! <3 Bisher wurde für jedes Anliegen eine gute Lösung gefunden.

Immer neue Themenschwerpunkte und immer neuer Content, die 1:1 Sessions mit einem Experten, den ich mir selbst aussuchen kann

Cons

Das ich nicht zwischen Management Training und dem Experten für andere Themen hin und her wechseln kann ohne den Experten zu wechseln. Beides sollte zeitgleich möglich sein

Nilo hat mir dabei geholfen, mehr auf meine mentale Gesundheit zu achten und mich mit meinen eigenen Triggerpunkten auseinander zu setzen. Was ich besonders gut finde, ist dass es anonym ist - dadurch gelingt es uns als Organisation, das Thema Mentale Gesundheit zu enttabuisieren & allen Mitarbeitenden die Möglichkeit geben, sich selbst damit auseinanderzusetzen.

Pros

Das vielseitige Angebot an unterschiedlichen Formaten, sowohl interaktiv als auch als Selbstreflexion / Lektion. Die Auswahl an Experten ist sehr groß - die Experten selbst absolut kompetent & professionell. Zudem kann man durch die App überall auf die Inhalte zugreifen.

Cons

Manche Formate finden nur zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten statt, was leider in einem Arbeitsalltag nicht immer ideal ist. Hier wäre eine Auswahl an Uhrzeiten/Tageszeiten hilfreich.

Allgemein bin ich sehr zufrieden mit Nilo, als Anwenderin, aber auch aus Sicht für unser Team. Es ist für jeden Mitarbeiter eine passende psychologische Betreuung dabei. Bei der Technik wünschte ich mir, dass es wie bei Likeminded umgesetzt werden würde. So konnte man sich die Listen&Learn perfekt beim Spazierengehen anhören und super teilnehmen, weil alles über Slido lief, das war super handlich. Bei den Roundtables wünschte ich mir noch ein bisschen mehr Abwechslung, dort sind schon viele Wiederholungen.

Pros

Für unsere Firma sind die 1-zu-1 Sessions am wertvollsten, da so jeder Mitarbeiter seine persönlichen Themen besprechen kann und daran gezielt gearbeitet werden kann. Die Workshops sind eine super Ergänzung, um über verschiedene Themen informiert zu werden und einiges für sich mitzunehmen.

Cons

Persönlich gefallen mit die Meditationen auf der Mediathek gar nicht, die Stimmen sind für mich nicht entspannend.

Nilo hat unser Benefitpaket erfolgreich und nachhaltig erweitert. Neben individuellen 1-1 Sessions mit einer breiten Auswahl an qualifizierten Expert\*innen bietet Nilo nun auch vielfältige Roundtables an – von entspannendem Desk-Yoga bis hin zu praxisnahen Tipps für Gehaltsverhandlungen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass bei den 1-1 Sessions gezielt nach einer Person gesucht werden kann, zu der man eine persönliche Verbindung aufbauen möchte. Dieses flexible und persönliche Angebot wird im Team sehr geschätzt und trägt maßgeblich zum Wohlbefinden und zur individuellen Weiterentwicklung bei.

Pros

Der Umfang an Roundtables ist sehr gut. Für jeden was dabei, ebenfalls in mehreren Sprachen. Eine Teilnahme mit Video ist kein muss.

Cons

An Tagen mit wenig Zeit, fehlt mir persönlich die Motivation das tolle Angebot zu nutzen. Hier wäre ein reminder via Push ganz hilfreich.

Ich hatte bereits drei 1:1 Sessions und wurde mit super Expertise beraten. Die Buchung dazu lief auch sehr gut, sodass mir auch die richtige Expertin vorgeschlagen wurde. Außerdem habe ich schon ein paar spannende Roundtables besucht. Auch da war die vortragende Person immer sehr professionell, nahbar und freundlich.

Pros

\- Die App ist sehr intuitiv - Die 1:1 Sessions mit super Expertise - Die Roundtabels zu breitgefächerten Themen

Cons

\- Die Ansicht in der App auf dem Handy ist anders und leider auch etwas schlechter als auf dem Laptop

Nilo ist so vielseitig! Egal ob ich nur kurz meditieren will oder mich mit anderen austauschen möchte, ich finde zu fast jedem Thema ein Angebot. Die Buchung einer privaten Session ging leicht und ich hatte innerhalb von 2 Werktagen einen Termin.

Pros

Die Vielseitigkeit, egal, ob ich nur kurz runterkommen will und eine Meditationsübung machen möchte, oder ob ich mich mit anderen austauschen will. Die Möglichkeit einer privaten Session innerhalb so kurzer Zeit ist ein tolles Alleinstellungsmerkmal.

Cons

Der einzige Kritikpunkt sind tatsächlich die Zeiten, die man bei Sessions und Roundtables zur Verfügung hat. Da nilo ja vor allem die arbeitende Bevölkerung anvisiert, sind die Zeiten eben oft dann, wenn man arbeiten müsste.
