The content seems to be primarily marketed towards Germany, where there are more roundtables, more experts, and more possibilities overall for the EU timezone and german native speakers. I would be in a worse place without the support of Nilo. **Pros:** I like being able to filter different specialists to talk to. But also I really love the lunch sessions, they are so beneficial. **Cons:** I'm not such a big fan of doing a daily check-in on how I am feeling, it's something I do elsewhere. I keep getting recommendations to do this, if I choose not to I would like to stop getting reminders.
