### "Needs More Features to be Useful"

It's an intuitive platform, that unfortunately, lacks key features that would genuinely make it valuable to use. The customer service chat is great, but sadly the response I usually get to inquiries is that "Falcon cannot do that at this time." Being able to filter by the user who posted is also a key benefit that is needed here.

Pros

Falcon is easy to use and helps manage the posting on several different channels with a large pool of users across the world.

Cons

Falcon is missing key features that are offered natively on social platforms, such as carousel posts on Instagram, or Video Link Ads on Facebook. If new options are added to social platforms, Falcon needs to dedicate every resource to adding these options to their system as soon as possible. A few months of development is understandable, but anything beyond that is unacceptable and makes using the platform a waste of time.

It is a good software for collecting, tracking and analysing social data at our company level. We recommend you, it is a trusted software that makes the best software for companies.

Pros

The ability to collect the corresponding information on the social web, allows us to track products on the market, the trends we face, competitors and the online management of our customers.

Cons

Everything is good and perfect but just what is not yet good is the limitation of sample sizes, the long duration of the analysis of the results.

Overall, Falcon has been a great social media management tool and we would highly recommend

Pros

I love the level of detail in Falcon. The analytic tools are great and the engage platform is phenomenal. We are also equally impressed with the Listen tool.

Cons

There has been a few moments where we had extreme bugs that took weeks to resolve. However, the support team went above and beyond and has always quickly gotten back to us and regularly communicated.

I like being able to do all my social media work on Falcon, rather than skipping between sites. It also allows me to do the bulk of posting in one session, rather than doing it throughout the week. Overall it works really well, and makes my work easier, but I would appreciate some additional features being added so that it can work even better.

Pros

The listening tool on Falcon is really powerful and allows you to track the impact and reach of your social media campaigns. The scheduling tool is also useful for prepping social media output in advance, and easy to use.

Cons

Some really useful features are missing, most noticeably the ability to track impressions - both for accounts and hashtags. I also find the video scheduling tool for Facebook to be less good than the native scheduling, so I will end up scheduling videos on Facebook rather than on Falcon.

Overall, Falcon makes the SOME experience easier for our organization.

Pros

I love the direct integration into our social media accounts. Being able to schedule posts and respond all in the same platform is a major plus.

Cons

The app is a bit cumbersome and I find myself reverting back to the social media app to respond to comments/ messaging. Additionally, there is a delay from when the post is made and when I'm notified. It would be great if there was a simultaneous notification system.

Pros

I like how Falcon quickly allows me to pull monthly reports to send to management. Before Falcon, I had to go through each platform we use and compose an analytics report. Now I just go into Falcon, customize what data I want to see, set the date range, and snap--there it is.

Cons

A previous scheduler we used allowed the user to drag content all around the calendar when rescheduling. I wish Falcon had that option (instead of having to open the post and reschedule it that way.

I really like the experience on Falcon.io. It is easy and intuitive to create our daily publications. Our global team can work together around the world.

Pros

The possibility of use all of our social media channels in one plataform. Easy to schedule and copy posts to another network. Content pool is really interesting to view what our team is working out. Stock and campaings.

Cons

Some channels disconnect sometimes. Metrics and informations available is not too useful (at least for us).

Pros

How to share post on all our channels, FB channels for different languages and geos, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram.

Cons

That we can’t upload videos to YouTube the way we need to do it - need to use YT studio instead.

Cons

Nothing typically. When introducing this platform, the customer service conducted a comprehensive training and responded very well to inquiries. What can you ask more?

Falcon.io is a great mid-range tool that is a good solution to a wide variety of social media needs. The support staff are great, and there are features that are a nice plus. However, the tool doesn't respond well to being pushed too far. Reporting is restricted, team set up has odd quirks, and some of the bonus features detract more than anything.

Pros

We really like the audience module, with being able to tag and track consumer groups. The easy-to-use queues are great, with a lot of flexibility. The team grouping is a good feature as well. The support staff are great. Finally the modular pricing makes it affordable for a wide variety of needs.

Cons

The insights and reporting element is not fully developed, with a lot of mismatched features and confusing elements. The response templates are awkward and really impractical. Some of the queue features make it hard to collaborate in teams. Not being able to roll out a queue set up across users also takes a lot of time during set up.

Meh.

Pros

No limited on # of social accounts that we can have connected has been helpful.

Cons

There are constantly API and posting errors. There are some features I was sold on but weren't actually what I asked/needed. It's very high maintenance to upkeep. Reports weren't as customizable as expected.

It's definitely tidied up our social media scheduling process and has allowed us to track things without searching back through our posting history. Once twitter impressions are implemented this will be near enough perfect.

Pros

The tagging/labelling posts is by far the best feature we use. It allows us to categorise by player or sponsor and then easily pull off the data for all of those posts collectively.

Cons

The software is still yet to implement twitter impressions as part of the label reports which makes collecting the data more work than it should be.

I like that I can schedule posts, but it is a lot of work and the whole point of such a platform is that posting work should be reduced. Posting for several dates is even more time consuming than doing it directly in LinkedIn or Twitter, there I just need to press "reshare", here I need to find, copy and then change date and then post.

Scheduling posts is convenient versus posting right away

Cons

can't schedule for multiple days, need to copy for each date can't post on several channels at once, need to copy and post on each channel industry search is tiresome, can't make pre-selected lists to use later with one click

Very easy to schedule content out.

Pros

The platform is very easy to use and the support team is quick to help on any issues! I'm most happy that Instagram has made it capable for Falcon users to choose the thumbnail on videos that are being posted.

Cons

There are general glitches in the platform with posts, scheduling, lables, notes, ect. I also wish that Instagram posts could be deleted directly from the platform, just like Facebook and Twitter. Many new issues with adding an Instagram account into the platform as well.

Pros

It's quite easy to work with. And if there's a problem with the platform the support is awesome.

Cons

Had a very long period where scheduled for promotion posts were not publishing. Had the same problem recently (February 2020), so if i wasn't paying attention i would have lost a day or two. Has only the basic formats that you can schedule. And the phone app was quite useless, because it just sent the content to the phone without publishing it.

Falcon saves me a lot of time in managing social media, doing reports, and finding high-quality materials as well.

Pros

Everything is easy to use even no-training. I can upload and edit photos directly when creating a post. I also receive feedback and notes right there on the post as well as the post engagement. What i like most is the content pool where i can find material from other country's fanpages.

Cons

There are 2 things need to be improved. - Publish: I cannot create advanced forms of Facebook post, such as poll vote, canvas. - Engage: The comment and messages replied on Facebook are still marked as unread on Falcon until i mark them as read. I need a synchronization here.
