A great way to keep and work with all SoMe stuff in one place. You feel comfortable and secure to get a grip of all things you and your colleagues created.

Pros

It´s easy to manage. I like the way you can create, copy and schedule things. Perfect that we can copy content as we are a large company with many great resources.

Cons

Sometimes it´s a little bit annoying that posting on Facebook is a bit tricky when copying things from linkedIn. The search function could perhaps be a bit more complex when you want to search for certain topics ord words.

Reason for choosing Brandwatch

I´m not sure really. I think my Nordic colleagues were happy about it and then we also implemented it.

Pros

It allows us to handle many pages and account in several brand all handled by my tema. I huge time-saving software.

Cons

The abillity to search for old posts. I know it is possible but that feature is the thing I don't feel is as easy to handla as the rest. If it makes sense.

Pros

The new audience functionality is great and very helpful. The tool is very helpful to listen to your social audience and gain insight and see the impact of your work.

Cons

The customer service isn't always the best, it's improved this year. I also don't find the sentiment analysis always accurate.

I'm using Falcon.io for more than 6 months now and I'm very pleased. It saved so many tiùme for my daily social media management ! Particularly efficient for publishing, moderation and listening.

Pros

Great support, very reactive.

Cons

Not convinced by the landing page building tool.

Overall, Falcon is very useful and a great tool to save time and posts on social media.

Pros

Falcon is great for daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling of social media posts. Utility for every post is great -- videos, photos, retweets, and tagging...

Cons

...with the exception of Instagram Story. Instastory appears to have a bug whereby it will load a story on to the account page but that story will not show up in the feed on users' homepage.

Our marketing team is much more productive with a single system for managing all of our social communications and campaigns. Reporting is much more robust than what we had with Hootsuite.

Pros

All the features that my company was looking for in a social media platform are present in Falcon. The platform is extremely robust, and with guidance from the implementation team and knowledgebase, ramping up to productive use of the software took less than 30 days.

Cons

The system can appear intimidating at first, but this can definitely be overcome with persistent use.

Considering it's a premium product i'm disappointed overall. Good customer support though - they do try, but the platform is lacking.

Pros

The scheduling and publishing features work good if you stay away from certain things like instagram slideshows.

Cons

There's been a lot of problems with the analytics part of Falcon. Empty reports, missing metrics, connection issues and just overall customization and getting the numbers that you need. You can't for example separate organic and paid exposure in a good way.

Very clear layout on what has been planned as well as being able to moderate different channels within one place.

Cons

Constantly has minor bugs which slows down our publishing process e.g. strange spacing which cannot be adjusted; content pool not working properly

It’s great to be able to manage Facebook and Instagram from the same resource. I also love the custom dashboards available to see metrics for my main KPIs.

Overall I’m very happy with the software. I wish the mobile functionality would be improved but am completely happy with the desktop capabilities.

Product is very easy to use and had an intuitive design, reporting is good.

I would like to see the ability to generate ad-hoc reports and improvement to filters so I can more easily isolate my posts for reporting back to my team

It's a great experience. Managing the SoMe platforms is a lot easier with Falcon. Running a campaign and other support offered by the Falcon support team is commendable.

Pros

Daily analysis of all the social media posts and their results is a lot easier with Falcon. You need not log in to individual SoMe sites. Once you connect them with Falcon, it acts as one tool for posting and getting the results.

Cons

Linkedin results are not getting linked to the tool on real time.
