However, I believe my team in the business do not use the full functionality. Cons Difficult to pick out meaningful sentiment at times, as a large amount of mentions relate to the press surrounding the financial services. We also like the speed in which the falcon team updates the platform with new features. Cons Falcon does not have all the features we use in our social media platforms. We've reached out to support for help and haven't received any actionable support to help us improve our queries or data. Pros You can customize and build intuitive dashboards with all the information, which can look visually appealing. Cons The queries generate a lot of SPAM or irrelevant mentions, topics, influencers - no matter how many filters and exclusions you add.
