The program is easy to use. Once you figure out the drop downs and customize the drop downs, the program is a lot easier to use. The con of the program is it takes time to learn. It would nice if some of the screen shots would transfer over from follow-up to the daily notes.

As a chiropractor, certified professional coder, and a certified professional medical auditor, I would highly recommend ACOM.

Cons

I cant say there is anything I don't like. All the staff in the office likes the software.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The customer service skills lack.. I have had an on going issue, and was told their support can not fix it. How can you not fix your problem!?!?!? We have spent way too much money on a nonfunctional system. No thank you!! NEXT!

This software is so easy to use. We (the Doctor and Staff) love how the 2 programs work together. I as the biller, love how easy it is to download my electronic billing and print off the HICFA forms. Printing the notes is as easy as can be. I just really love this product!

It's an inferior, temperamental, tedious, cumbersome, and outdated product. This product does not integrate with our preferred electronic billing clearinghouse.

Lannette Jimenez (my biller) is great at her job, she is very thorough and I feel like she really pays attention to my account. At times I am less than confident that the IT dept is very knowledgeable about difficulties/problems that we have had.

Pros

ACOM across the board has surpassed my EHR needs. From saving all notes and files on their servers so i do not have to back anything up, to the customer support and training they gave when i first started using the software.

Cons

In my 5 months of using ACOM so far i havent found one thing that i do not like yet. Easy to navigate and understand.

The system is good when it is up and running. Easy to print out notes. Looks very professional when need to send notes to other providers. The cons of it is when its down its impossible to use.

Overall I prefer this software over Kareo or Athena!

Pros

Easy and functional program. Not much set up required and if so it is so simple to do. Transparency with clearing house easy access to ERA and worked claims tracking

Cons

Does not specialize in medical facilities and has yet to be Macra compliant doesn’t come with PTWeb which would make it icing on the cake!

Very professional and corteous when speaking with the employees of ACOM. They followed through with the questions I would ask, even if they didn't know and had to get the answer, they always got back to me.

Cons

So far so good, we have only been happy with our purchase. It has only been a month though.

The ease of use. It's really the easiest EHR program to implement. The templates are amazing as well.

The billing was confusing at first to get set up correctly, but once done, it was all smooth sailing.
