Centralizing work flows

Pros

I found it difficult to learn as I went. I think I would have benefited from a brief but official training. The applications are much-encompassing but like any new program, did not find user-friendly

Cons

No missing features. I believe integration into company's current IT culture was moderately well-received.

The program was user friendly but had a lot of issues with consist quality.

Pros

Fairly user friendly and easy to navigate. Easy to filter calls by caller, phone number or another type of information and identify what you are searching for.

Cons

The system malfunctioned a lot and a lot of calls were not recorded. There were entire days not recorded so a backup system would be helpful.

It works out well for our say to day operations.

Pros

We use taske for our daily call activity. I cqn quickly and easily see who is available for calls, who is not available and why

Cons

I would like to see more robust reporting options also the ability to put an agent into a ready status.
