The interface is user-friendly, making it easy to train new team members quickly. Customer support during the trial period was exceptional, with responsive and knowledgeable representatives
Cons: The initial setup and configuration took longer than expected, which delayed our trial evaluation. Some advanced features are not available in the trial version, limiting a full assessment of the software’s capabilities
