Pros: The software provides detailed and customizable maintenance tracking, which is essential for managing our fleet effectively. The interface is user-friendly, making it easy to train new team members quickly. Customer support during the trial period was exceptional, with responsive and knowledgeable representatives
Cons: The initial setup and configuration took longer than expected, which delayed our trial evaluation. Some advanced features are not available in the trial version, limiting a full assessment of the software’s capabilities

Overall: My experience was extensive since most of our clients request we upload their invoices. The ability to change, update and create books of business easily and efficiently was a must in our fast paced office.
Pros: The ability to enter clients, run aging reports, real time balance of retainers and ease of use.
Cons: I have no complaints about this software
