Capterra loader

Hard to use. Limited segmenting and marketing capability. Poor tech support.

Value for Money

Pros: Slightly similar to Goldmine, which is apparently what it is trying to imitate (poorly). The annual subscription is reasonably priced.

Cons: Ridiculously difficult to just create a new Contact or edit an existing Contact. Poorly thought out design for segmenting Contacts for tailored marketing campaigns. Very difficult to make global edits, Tech support made promises it did not keep and then wanted to start another ticket for fixes it failed to make the first time. Tech support was also unable to even figure out how to access mapped network drives to access and attach attachments to be sent, or to properly file attachments that were received. What a mess!

Overall: Limited e-mail and Contact history capabilities.
