As building consultants the Phone3D app enables us to collate our report on the fly, building the report, adding images and comments as you go. Our inspection reports require a great deal of detail with narrative text that needs to be comprehensive and editable. 3D provides great flexibility to do what is needed to provide a professional report every time you use it. The difference with 3D is it was the brain child of an inspector, Carl Fowler, and it works. As a 3D user I also distribute the software and help other inspection companies discover life with 3D. Don't ask if this or that can be done with the software but rather how do I do it as it can do just about everything you can think of Pros 6 years ago, I reaseached software and stop my choice on 3D. It is the inspection software that not only met my Home inspection needs at the time but was the only one that allowed me to build a whole reporting system in french not only for Home Inspection but also for Marine Surveying. 3D has an permanent team that is continuously upgrading their software to meet the needs of the trade.
