How easily the reports are to finish once sent to the cloud and downloaded onto a computer! Cons My software will crash sometimes when taking photos. It happens at least once a month. I had looked at several other software but liked that they had start of the art software, free lifetime support and I could build my website. I have been overall very pleased with them. I just wish they would make it Mac compatible like they told me they would over 10 years ago. Pros Software is easy to use and edit whenever it is needed. Angled a little more toward the Southern States and their requirements. Reason for choosing HomeGauge For some reason it was easy fit to how I planning on doing inspections. Most agents hadn't seen reports like I was creating and were pleased with the results. The email sending is quite handy, notifications are good too. They like the correction list too. Cons The Commercial inspection report needs to look more professional and less like a residential inspection. The software also needs to add PCA reports for commercial. The ease to change or edit the template makes it great for me and my employees. We only use the desktop version and our reports are detailed and done on site. It has been easy to train my employees on the software. My clients can make there own addendum list of repairs , while reading the report as well. Customer service is very quick to help and respond, and its like talking with a co-worker. My reports look very professional, and I'm told that quite often by my clients and Realtors. Cons When I have a problem on the weekend, and have to wait till Monday to get resolved.
