Overall my expereince has been excellent. We were assisted every step of the way, from initial setup, to website setup, and when we have any questions.

Pros

My favorite thing about the software is the ease of use, the customer support, and the website setup that ties to the reservation software. I also like how the software gives a lot of flexibility for handling different units and properties under one system.

Cons

There's a lot of stuff that we dont use, but thats not a huge complaint. Setup was a bit tideous, but we got help with it so there is nothing to really complain about.

Pros

The old system and regime, the new is \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]!

Wish there were ZERO STARSI was a customer of Rental Network Software for 20+ years and enjoyed my time with them up until the arrival of \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and their new VR system. I was promised that it would function properly and everything was tested and it was ready to go. IT IS NOT, not even close! I was helping them for months to resolve the simplest of issues, issues that should have been resolved before they rolled it out. I would have recommended them in the past but now I would have to say - RUN! The old regime was caring and respectful (most of them anyway), the new is rude, non communicative and I am certain it will destroy the great group that was Rental Network Software . \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] is their \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]and will roll over you, leaving you wondering what happened. I wish I was not writing this complaint, but Rental Network Software took my capital from the old system, charged me 5 times as much for the new system and then pissed off my owner's and guests because the system does not work. My owner's did not get statements for months! I was told to go into the system and pull the statements and send them out one by one! WHAT! Rental Network Software should have done that for me, or at least not charged me for the starting months until the bugs were worked out ( I assure you they are still not, this is one of hundreds of issues). ON TOP OF ALL THAT - because they have ZERO support on a system after hours or on the weekends (my new system is supported 24/7) my vacations

"Duncan Real Estate on Anna Maria Island has been using RNS for years. We manage over 100 properties on and around Anna Maria Island. Without comprehensive software to help us manage these properties it would be impossible. The main functions that RNS provides our team for our Vacation Rentals and Annual Rentals are Accounting, Management, and Reservations. RNS has streamlined our entire booking process, saving hours of time and work and we are able to provide better customer service than ever because of it! Our guests appreciate the ease of accessing our calendars and property information via RNS integration on our website and our property owners enjoy accessing financial and reservation information for their home. Their customer support is stellar and we always receive immediate help and helpful answers to every questions. We wish we had found RNS sooner because it has saved us so much time and money! RNS is a user friendly system that makes booking rentals as well as keeping track of finances much more efficient. In the event that the user is unable to figure out an issue, the support staff at RNS is highly qualified and ready to assist. The staff is punctual in their responses and pleasant to deal with. Since our system changed over to RNS's server, we have had some issues with delays. The staff has been helpful in dealing with our issues but we are still having trouble sporadically.
