The mobile access is highly convenient and user-friendly. It allows real-time monitoring and dispatching of load on the go in afterhours also. Notifications and updates are timely, making it easy to stay informed without needing constant desktop access.

Cons

The mobile experience doesn’t always feel as smooth as the desktop version. Some features are a bit harder to find or just not there, and it can be a little slow at times especially when we’re trying to pull up a lot of information quickly. Tracking works well most of the time, but there are moments when updates aren’t as real-time as you’d expect.

Whenever the accounting team makes changes while we are working on an important task in PCS, it logs us out and asks us to log in again. This can sometimes be inconvenient.
