Pros

I like the ease of use; it allows me to practice my way and not have to go through standard templates. It has significantly sped up my life and saved me thousands throughout the year in savings.

Cons

They are responsive to me and integrate my suggestions into their development. I dislike the government rules as to what constitutes meaning full use EMR.

Pros

The Fast Speed. Work gets done with fast speed due to very less clicks as compare to many other EMRs which I reviewed. I started using Praxis when it was in the beginning of its development. I witnessed its speed of improvement and meeting meaningful requirements to the full extent.

Cons

Concept-based templates that I can create as I want to be.

Pros

Customer service is the best! They are courteous and quick to respond to any questions. Their training is superior to any other. I always have all questions answered right away. The other upside is that everyone is so friendly that I feel like I'm talking to family.

Cons

I really don't have any complaints about this product.

Just wanted to post that we are extremely happy with our decision to use Praxis. It is fun and easy to use, and the training was excellent. Once you get going Praxis really save you a lot of time. We've had very few problems with the software and the support is very quick to help us. In fact, they even helped us through our hardware and WIFI issues. The Praxis system is highly recommended from us all.

Pros

It's very easy to adapt our paper forms into an electronic format. The trainers were accessible. I loved the use of Teamviewer!

Cons

I can't think of anything offhand. Any software comes with challenges, and the biggest challenge has been the provider deciding how they want the template to look.

I have been a user of Praxis for 15 years. The support has always been very prompt and reliable. The program is very flexible and the developers have been very responsive to the users' ideas and suggestions.

Cons

Not sure how to answer this; the price is good, and the product is excellent.

I have been using Praxis EMR for over 6 years, and I am highly satisfied with this product. They have excellent customer support. It is extremely user friendly. We have been able to attest for MU with ease for the last 3 years along with qualify for PQRS, PCMH, and eRx incentive programs.

EMRs are brainless, but this one can think like you; it will remember what was done last time, so every day is not a new day.

Cons

Speed. Make sure you have the latest SSD, the fastest processor, the fastest network, etc.

### "Still Working on Implementation "

I can't speak of the product itself, since we have not yet started using it consistently yet. The medical practice bought Praxis quite some time ago, but for some reason never implemented it in the practice. Recently, I've restarted the process, and Praxis has been helping my office with the necessary training for a smooth transition. Praxis has also released training videos which will help with training new employees and will be useful for just a quick refresher. I'm very excited to use Praxis in my office and hope it will help quicken our charting experience!

### "New Practice EMR"

The sales representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. The implementation manager was very good. My trainer was very patient and thorough. The software takes a lot of initial work but will be the way I practice medicine!

Pros

Instead of a click on preset buttons that were rarely set up the way I think, this system is the way I used to dictate notes. The notes sound like I made them and contain what I did.

Cons

Initial set up is time consuming.
