Overall raintree was user friendly but the telehealth feature just made it less functional and at the time telehealth was the bulk of our therapy service delivery

Pros

I like that the previous therapy note carried over from session to session without having to generate session notes from scratch

Cons

The software for telehealth was not the best and we often times had to use a separate platform for telehealth sessions due to constant software/IT issues with raintree

It is an amazing system! It offers a lot of features that most EMR systems do not.

Pros

I was looking into using Raintree as our EMR instead of our current system. This covers support of a large practice, has excellent billing integration, birthday reminders for patients, text reminders, and assists therapists with easy evaluation voice to text writing.

Cons

It has a very old feel to it. The system itself is not very visually appealing, but does get the job done.

Pros

It has a lot of helpful features on the administrative side and automated scheduling features.

Cons

The documentation felt clunky for our therapists, especially with evaluations and progress notes.

I used Raintree for about 1-1.5 years, and while it made writing evaluations easier, I wish it was more user friendly.

Pros

I liked the scheduling format, where you could see all of the patient's information on the screen daily when you hovered over it.

Cons

It was not a very intuitive EMR system for therapists.

Pros

From an office stand point the most beneficial things is having documents in an electronic format. Also setting up visit limits and reminders help things run smoothly. It takes a little bit to get used to and multiple shortcut keys, but overall it is an easy styem to use.

Cons

When sending medical records on the fax page you normally hit F10 to enter or complete something but on this page if do that it closes out the window and does not fax and you must re enter all of the information after it closes.

Overall, the software is relatively user friendly however, the different components that a doctor or nurse uses verses what an office manager uses need to be more intergrated so we can see what all is being done inside the chart.

Pros

Overall, I like this software. However, I wish there were more alerts built in to flag when a chart has missing parts of crucial information upon building an emr for a patient.

Cons

The help section is not helpful at all. No relevant information related to search queries.There is not a comprehensive all inclusive help section to answer every possible question.

My overall experience with Raintree is neutral. I currently use several different EMRs for several independent contracting positions and Raintree is not my favorite program to use, but it definitely ranks higher in terms of functionality and ease-of-use compared to some of the other EMRs I use.

Pros

I really like how Raintree has many time-saving features that are geared towards making therapists' documentation easier and faster. Once you get the hang of it, it's relatively easy to use and it has some nice features, such as the ability to save frequently used goals, evaluation templates, and frequently used phrases.

Cons

It definitely takes awhile to learn the ins and outs of this system. Therapists who are not as tech-savvy may struggle to figure out the interface. Sometimes it seems like there are a lot of unnecessary hoops to jump through in order to get what you are doing accomplished, such as multiple windows to click through. It sometimes seems overly-complicated but I can see how upper-management likes the integrated billing system.

it was great for a pediatric therapy clinic

Pros

I loved that it was geared towards pediatrics. that is harder to find.

Cons

i did not like that you could not access it without downloading the software onto your computer. it isn't all online. if you want to put it on an ipad that was additional money as well. would be best to just log in to the website and go.

Raintree helps keep client goals and objectives organized and provides an easy way to check off whether or not goals were addressed during that session or not

Cons

The system sometimes takes a long time to open and I've been kicked out of the program and lost my work a few times.
